My name is Sasha Wolff. I am a 25-year-old woman that is passionate about many things like social media, film, photography, and journalism.

I’ve had an interesting life so far. I’m a California girl through and through. Although I was born in Minnesota, I lived in California from the time I was 5 until I left for college in Michigan. In Michigan I attended Calvin College. In 2006 I graduated from Calvin with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Studies.

While pursuing my degree I had the unique opportunity to intern for Wood TV 8 in Grand Rapids. My success as an intern there led to a search for a job in journalism. Luckily, during the summer following my graduation, WZZM 13 hired me as an associate producer for the new Weekend Morning Show. Less than 1 year later I was promoted to producer.

After three years of journalism, I made another leap. This one into social media! I am now the Social Media Coordinator for Davenport University. At Davenport I find myself cultivating relationships with prospective students and current students using Facebook. I still get to put my journalism background to use by writing articles for Student News and digital storytelling for use on our YouTube page.

On a more personal level I am the proud wife of Brian. He is currently going to school for a degree in IT. I also am “mom” to two wonderful dogs. Brian and I enjoy spending time in our Grand Rapids home, surfing the internet together, and watching The Office.
